Historic House of Yugyo-ri, Muan

Built about ninety years ago, the house consists of the main hall and a storehouse built during the Japanese colonial period, together with a gate hall and a middle-gate hall. There is no men's quarters or shed, so its original full scale is not known, but it is said to have originally been the house of a wealthy man of the village who kept many farmhands. The main hall makes use of the slope of the site and occupies the highest point, with the storehouse facing it.
