As its name — the village of Naehusadong — suggests, this pagoda stands on the site of a former temple. It has a three-storey body raised on a two-tier platform. Pillar shapes are carved on the upper platform and on the body stones of each storey. The roof stones have four-tiered eaves supports on their undersides, and their four corners curve up slightly. At the top, a round finial, a boju, a jewel-shaped ornament resembling a flower bud, survives as the crowning decoration. Overall the body of the pagoda appears small in proportion to its platform, and the second-storey body stone is markedly smaller than that of the first storey, so that the pagoda lacks balance. It follows the general style of Unified Silla stone pagodas, but shows stylistic changes suggesting it was erected in the Goryeo period.
