This house was built to hold memorial rites at the grave of Yi Jeung of the Goseong Yi clan and his wife, who held the title Lady Jeongbuin, of the Gyeongju Yi clan; the building is named Sudajae. It was built around 1600, the 33rd year of King Seonjo of Joseon, and was moved to its present site in 1974 owing to the construction of Andong Dam. It is a tile-roofed house with a square (ㅁ-shaped) floor plan, five bays across the front and six bays deep. A wooden-floored hall stands at the centre with heated ondol rooms to either side, and a kitchen, storeroom and rice chest were also built in, so that the house could fully serve its function as a memorial house.
