This stone pagoda has a three-story pagoda body set on a two-tier base. Pillar shapes are carved on the upper tier of the base and on each body stone of the pagoda body; on the first-story body stone in particular, a lock is carved within a door-shaped motif. The roof stones have four tiers of supports on their undersides, a steep slope on the upper surface, and corners that curve sharply upward. At the top, the exposed disc (noban) and the inverted-bowl-shaped stone (bokbal) remain as part of the finial ornament. Overall the pagoda follows the general style of Unified Silla stone pagodas, but the omission of pillar decoration on the lower tier of the base and the reduction of the roof-stone supports to four tiers suggest that it was in fact built in the early Goryeo period.
