This is a stone pagoda with a three-storey body set on a two-tiered base. Part of the topmost stone of the base is currently damaged and has been repaired with cement, and the badly cracked upper tier of the base has been bound with wire to prevent further damage. Pillar shapes are carved on each body stone of the upper and lower base tiers and of the pagoda body itself. The roof stones have four-tiered eaves supports on their undersides, and the four corners curve sharply upward. Overall, the base appears disproportionately small in relation to the body, giving the pagoda a somewhat unstable appearance. Although it generally follows the Unified Silla style of stone pagoda, the fact that the number of carved pillars on the central pillar of the lower base has been reduced to one, and that the roof-stone supports have been reduced to four tiers, suggests that it is a stone pagoda from the late Unified Silla period.
