Seonmun yeomsongjip (Collected Seon Sayings) vol. 11
선문염송집 권11 · 禪門拈頌集 卷十一

This is a compilation of the Seon (Zen) sayings and recorded discourses of various patriarchs, made by Monk Hyesim, National Preceptor Jingak, of Goryeo. It appears to have been printed from woodblocks carved at the Namhae Bunsa Dogam (Namhae Branch Directorate) during the reign of Emperor Gojong of Goryeo. It is the same edition as the Seonmun yeomsongjip, volumes 5–14, 17–20 and 25–28, one of the scriptures recovered from inside the Vairocana Buddha statue at Girimsa Temple, which is designated Treasure No. 959. Its production is thought to date from around this time, somewhere between the end of Goryeo and the early Joseon period. The book's border is a sajudanbyeon (四周單邊; a single line enclosing all four sides), the main text has no lines dividing the columns, and each page is laid out flat with 12 lines of 21 characters. This volume was among the belongings of the monk Ham Do-seong, who died in August 1994, and was identified in 2001 during the first survey of artefacts held by the order for the establishment of the Cheontae Museum.
