Jeong In-hong, pen name Naeam (1536–1623), was a civil official under King Gwanghaegun of Joseon who, when the Imjin War broke out, raised a righteous army in Hapcheon and repelled the invading Japanese forces, but was unjustly put to death by the ruling Seoin faction at the time of the Injo Restoration that placed King Injo on the throne. These are a total of 22 appointment certificates (gyocheop) and royal patents (gyoji) issued by the court to his grandson, Jeong Neung (1590–1619), between 1613, the 5th year of King Gwanghaegun, and 1619, the 11th year of King Gwanghaegun.
