Ibang Bagyeong Master Artisan Bulmang Stele, Goseong

This is a bulmang stele — a stele raised to keep alive the memory of a benefactor — erected by local residents in gratitude to Ibang Bagyeong (1624–?), who served as ibang, the clerk in charge of personnel affairs in the local government office.
