This is the place where Sin Mal-ju and his wife Lady Seol, who held the honorific title jeongbuin (conferred on the wives of senior officials), lived together with their descendants, including Sin Gyeong-jun. Restoration work has been under way here since 1996. To the left of the clan settlement stands a protective shelter housing several items of cultural heritage, including the treasure Lady Seol's Gwonseonmun Cheop, a bound album of writings exhorting good deeds; behind the shelter stand Gwiraejeong Pavilion and pine trees several hundred years old.
