Yangsan Samho-ri Tumuli

The Samho-ri Tumuli are judged to be remains not only of very considerable scale but also of importance for understanding Silla culture across the Ulsan and Yangsan area. However, since no survey whatsoever has been carried out of the distribution of the remains, the number of tombs, the total area and other such aspects, it is difficult to determine the precise character of the site, though there is no doubt that it is a site of recognised importance.
