A shrine dedicated to Yi Seon-je (1389–1454) of the early Joseon period. A bujomyo is a shrine built to honour a person of special merit to the state, enshrining their spirit tablet in perpetuity. It originally stood behind Pochungsa Shrine and was later moved to this site. Yi Seon-je studied under Gwon Geun, entered government service, held various offices, and took part in compiling the Veritable Records of King Taejong and the Goryeosa. Returning to his hometown, he trained younger scholars and put the hyangyak, a village code of conduct, into practice, refining local customs. On the hill behind the village stand Pilmun's grave and gravestone, and his spirit-path stele stands beside the road at the village entrance. In front of the village grows a willow tree about 600 years old, said to have been planted by Pilmun.
