This building was erected by descendants on the site where Jeong Ho-in (1596–1654) once gave lectures on scholarship. Built in the 1700s, it stands on a hill overlooking Gohyeoncheon Stream, surrounded by dense woods and oddly shaped rocks, commanding a very beautiful view. A building of the late Joseon period, it displays the unusual layout of the Korean letter ㄹ (rieul).
