Eunjin Song Clan Seungjigongpa Ritual House
KOGL Type 4Korea Heritage Service · khs.go.kr

This is an ancestral ritual house of the Eunjin Song clan, built by the descendants of Song Guk-bo (1602–1662), sobriquet Imcheongheon, who held a number of official posts during the Joseon dynasty. It measures two bays across the front and two bays deep: two bays of a large wooden-floored hall lie between heated ondol rooms that each have a narrow side veranda, and the roof is a hipped-and-gabled (paljak) roof forming the shape of the character 八 ("eight") when seen from the side. In the central hall hangs a wooden plaque inscribed "Chuwonjae" (追遠齋), meaning a hall for honouring distant ancestors.
