It originally stood in Sugok-ri, Imdong-myeon, Andong, but was moved and rebuilt at its present site in 1987 because of the construction of the Imha Dam. It consists of a square, courtyard-style main house (built in the shape of the Korean letter ㅁ) and a pavilion known as Geunamjeong.
