This is a shrine built to honour the lofty integrity of the ten scholars of the Joseon dynasty who, at the time King Danjong was deposed, gave up their official posts and resisted King Sejo. The ten renowned scholars were Bujang (Deputy Commander) Yi Yun-cheol, Jubu (Registrar) An Jeong, Hyeollyeong (Magistrate) Kim Bak, Geonsan Han Seung-yu, Gwangeun Seol San-ok, Cheosa (Recluse Scholar) Seol Jon-ui, Chieun O Yu-gyeong, Gwiraejeong Sin Mal-ju, Sipse Jo Yun-ok, and Dunam Jang Jo-pyeong. This shrine was built in 1862, the thirteenth year of King Cheoljong, by their descendants. It measures three bays across the front and one bay deep, and includes a lecture hall, a middle gate, an outer three-door gate, and a caretaker's quarters.
