This house was built in 1935. The anchae (main quarters) and sarangchae (men's quarters) were built at the same time and joined into a single square, mija-shaped structure. In the anchae, the kitchen, the large room, and the upper room are arranged in that order from the left, and the floor turns a corner to reach the daecheong, a wooden-floored hall. It is unusual that the daecheong can be reached only from the large room and the sarangchae. The ceiling of the daecheong is a yeondeung ceiling, in which the roof's structural frame is left exposed. Inside the hall, toward the rear, are a space enshrining the ancestral spirit tablets and a built-in wall cupboard for storage. The sarangchae is arranged with a lower sarang room and an upper sarang room to the right of the main gate, and a stable to the left. Behind the stable is a storage room connected to the anchae.
