This three-storey stone pagoda originally stood at a temple called Dongdeoksa. After the temple disappeared, it was moved to Songgyejeongsa, owned by the Seo clan, then relocated to the entrance of the village in 1973, and moved once more to its present site in 1974. Its form consists of a three-storey pagoda body set on a single-tier foundation. The body stones are carved with pillar shapes at each corner. The roof stones are thick, with four tiers of support blocks on their undersides. Judging from the thick carving of the roof stones, the pagoda is thought to have been built during the Goryeo period.
