Korea Heritage Service · khs.go.krThis is a three-storey stone pagoda standing in Bongnam-ri. Pillar shapes are carved onto the body stones of the base and the pagoda body, and in particular the first-storey body stone bears a carved door motif and door ring. The pagoda is presumed to have been built during the Goryeo period. Tradition holds that a temple once stood behind it, but today only the temple site remains. Precious metal objects found inside the pagoda were stolen by Japanese troops during the Japanese colonial period and no longer survive.
