These are three stone objects remaining on the old site of Yongbongsa Temple, apparently carved from natural stone. The seokjo is a water basin used by monks, hollowed into a rectangular shape to hold water. The seokgu is a mortar made by hollowing out the stone, into which grain was placed and pounded. The maae is a millstone used for grinding grain; its great size gives some sense of the scale of the former Yongbongsa Temple. These are relics of the Baekje period; although their exact date of manufacture is unknown, they are presumed to have been made at the time the temple was founded.
