This is a three-story stone pagoda standing within Bodeoksa Temple. It originally stood at the former site of Gayasa Temple nearby, but in 1914, when a Japanese individual attempted to remove it secretly, it was recovered following a protest by the head monk of Bodeoksa Temple and has remained at this temple ever since. It takes the form of a three-story body set upon a two-tier platform; it is said that the pagoda originally had five stories, but was damaged so that only three now remain.
