This pagoda stands within the Seokgok-ri village hall, having been moved here from a former temple site a short distance away; the Seokgok-ri Maitreya Buddha (Chungcheongnam-do Cultural Heritage Material), discovered together with it, stands beside it. The pagoda consists of a three-story body raised on a single-story platform, though the body stone of the third story is now missing. The platform is formed of four upright slab stones making up its four sides, with pillar shapes carved at the corners and centre of each side, and pillar shapes are likewise carved at the corners of each body stone of the pagoda proper. The roof stones each have three tiers of supports on their undersides, and their eaves run horizontally before curving gently upward at the four corners. Part of the platform is cracked or tilted, and sections of the corners of the roof stones have broken away, so that the pagoda is gradually losing its original form, which is regrettable.
