Gyeongbaeksa is a shrine built in 1926 through the joint efforts of three men, Sin Sang, Sin Hang and Sin Geon. It is dedicated to the memory of Sin Sung-gyeom, a meritorious subject who helped found Goryeo; his descendant Sin Hyeon, a scholar of the late Goryeo period; the Neo-Confucian scholar Yi Saek; and the scholar Won Cheon-seok, who devoted himself to learning rather than seeking office. A portrait of Sin Sung-gyeom is enshrined inside the hall, and every year in the third lunar month members of the Pyeongsan Sin clan and local Confucian scholars hold memorial rites there.
