These are two steles housed in a stele pavilion below Sambulam, said to have been erected by Yun Jeong-gu, a Uijeongbu chanjeong (Councilor of the State Council), to commemorate the site's association with King Taejo (Yi Seong-gye), founder of the Joseon dynasty. The left stele is inscribed with the name 'Namhae Geumsan Yeongeunggijeokbi' (南海錦山靈鷹紀蹟碑), and the right stele with 'Daehan Jungheung Gongdeok Siseongbi' (大韓中興公德視聖碑), giving the names of the two steles. They were erected in 1903, the seventh year of the Gwangmu era.
