This house stands at the foot of Sangdaesan Mountain. It was built by Kwon Gyeong, pen name Daeeun, the eldest son of Kwon Ui-hyeop (1579–1644), the founding ancestor of the Andong Kwon clan who settled in Goesi, Yeonghae. The house was repaired twice, in 1889 and 1978. It originally comprised a main house and a shrine, but only the main house remains today. It measures five bays across the front and six and a half bays along the side, and is arranged in a square (ㅁ-shaped) plan.
