This hall (jaesil) holds memorial rites for Han Chun-bu of the Cheongju Han clan, who held the minor official post of chambong after passing the jinsa examination during the reign of King Seonjo, and for Han Du-nam, who lived during the reign of King Hyojong. Built in 1925, the complex consists of a main house and two outbuildings for caretakers. The main house measures four bays across the front and two bays along the side, with a hip-and-gable roof that forms a figure like the Chinese character for "eight" when viewed from the side. As the building where memorial rites are performed, it has a central wooden-floored hall flanked on either side by ondol (heated-floor) rooms, with doors fitted between the rooms and the hall so that the space can be combined into one when needed. The caretaker's building measures two bays across the front and two bays along the side, surrounded by a square earthen wall. Bongduriyeongmojae was relocated to its present site, where it is now maintained, after the construction of Seongju Dam submerged its original location.
