The Papyeong Yun Clan Ritual House comprises the building that Yun Sun-geo had built to watch over the family's ancestral graves, together with Seonggyeongjae and the caretaker's house attached to Yeongsadang. The building built to guard the graves measures seven bays across the front and two bays deep, with a hip-and-gable roof that forms the shape of the Chinese character for "eight" (八) when viewed from the side. Yeongsadang is a dignified five-bay building, also with a hip-and-gable roof. The ritual house of Deokpogong Jin has an L-shaped plan, its roof combining a gable form — which makes the shape of the Chinese character for "person" (人) when viewed from the side — with a hip-and-gable form.
