The hogudanja (household registration certificates) and junhogu (certified household register copies) held at Sutra Desk University are bound into six volumes in all. They were compiled by Kim Sang-jo, who gathered the hogudanja and junhogu documents of various families, and include numerous records from the 17th and 18th centuries, such as a junhogu dated 1693. Because the documents span several regions, they are valued as important material for the study of local history.
