Geochang Yeonan Yi Clan Household Registration Wa Household Certificate

The Geochang Yeonan Yi clan's hogudanja (household registration forms) and junhogu (certified household registers) comprise a total of 27 sheets in all. While not a few other families hold household registration materials of comparable extent, this collection's significance is enhanced by the variety of marks indicating corrected entries, the numerous errors in the recorded years, and the fact that the household records continued to be preserved even after the family's residence changed; for these reasons it has been designated as a Gyeongsangnam-do Cultural Heritage item.
