The Hangang Yeonwollok, a manuscript copy, appears to be the only surviving example of its kind. Among its contents, the poetry and prose of No Geuk-hong — allowing for minor textual variations — are also found in the "Okchon-go" section of the Gwangju No Clan Anthology (Gwangju Nossi Sego), but the letters that Hangang sent to his nephew No Geuk-hong and to that nephew's son and grandson are not included even in Hangang's own collected works. The accompanying Hangang Munin-rok (Register of Hangang's Disciples) is also relatively early in date, and when compared with later records it is extremely valuable material for understanding the scholarly orientation of Jeong Gu, known by his pen name Hangang, and of his disciples.
