Nonsan Yeongsajae Hall is located in Daeu-ri, Sangwol-myeon, Nonsan, a single-lineage village of the Bannam Park clan. It is a memorial hall honouring Park Dong-min — who was appointed Chambong of Yebinsi, the Office of Guest Reception, and later posthumously promoted to Vice Minister of Taxation — together with his son Hwi, who served as Jiphui of the Office of the Inspector-General, and his grandson Park Se-gi. Related heritage features stand nearby, including a spirit-path stele, a grave marker stone, and a memorial gate honouring his wife, Lady Jeonggyeongbuin of the Jeonju Yi clan. Built in 1632, the tenth year of King Injo, the hall was renovated in 1694, the twentieth year of King Sukjong, and several times since, while retaining its original form. A name board reading "Yeongsajae" hangs at the front of the building, and records of its renovations are displayed inside. The timber-dressing technique and joinery are of high quality and clearly display the typical style of jaesil (memorial hall) architecture, and the building is well preserved and maintained, giving it considerable value for both architectural history and local history.
