This school stands facing west, to the right of the head house of the Goesi branch of the Yeongyang Nam clan (a Gyeongsangbuk-do Folklore Cultural Heritage). It measures three kan across the front and one and a half kan deep, and four hinged doors were installed across the front of its large wooden-floored hall to form a floored room. Seen from the side, the roof is a matbae (gable) roof, shaped like the character 人 ("person"), and the school is enclosed by a square-shaped wall, with four pillar-gates set into the front wall to serve as the entrance.
