Seumeunagol Jaesa, an ancestral memorial hall, is said to have been built in the 1780s to maintain the grave of Nam Jun-hyeong (ho: Goejeong), and was renovated in the time of his great-grandson Hoesu (ho: Myeongae, 1781–1851). The building has a single-row, double-depth (gyeopjip) structure. In plan, the front row consists, from the left, of a room, a two-kan wooden floor (maru), and a kitchen, while the rear row consists of a room, a storage room, another room, and a kitchen. Square columns stand on natural stone bases, and the upper frame is a three-post, five-purlin structure with naptori beams and matbo crossbeams. The ceiling is finished with gomi flat-panel boards, with the structure above left exposed, but in the kitchen and the maru area at the right front, the ceiling has no plastered wall and the roof laths are left exposed.
