Dogyeong-ri Station is a single-storey building with a floor area of 102.4 m², and the railway track extends 150 m to the left and right of the station. It was built as the station house on the Yeongdong Line, completed on 15 May 1939, and began operating as an ordinary station on 1 August 1940. It has a wooden structure with gable roofs set crosswise to one another. On the front, facing the entrance, and on the rear, facing the office, projecting gable roofs have been installed. Owing to repairs carried out over time, the exact original interior materials can no longer be confirmed, and the walls are now finished in cement. The station is currently closed.
