The Busan Cathedral of the Anglican Church of Korea is a brick building in the Romanesque style, built in 1924. Its original interior plan was a single-aisle rectangular hall, but in 1964 a side aisle was added, giving it its present, altered two-aisle layout. The stone decoration on the roof eaves of the bell tower and atop the buttresses, and the stone decoration of the chancel arch, are outstanding, while the spired form of the bell tower and the stone ribs of the apse ceiling are very rare examples within Korea.
