Former Building of Space Group, Seoul

The former building was designed by the architect Kim Su-geun. Construction began in June 1971, and the entire frame of the old wing was completed by December of that year; the new wing was added from May 1975 and the whole building was completed in April 1977. Its exterior is formed from geometric masses of black brick walling combined with one another, while inside, spaces planned at an appropriate scale on a human footing are linked to each other naturally and without obstruction.
