Built in 1926 as Campbell Memorial Hall, this four-storey building (including an attic floor) now serves as the main building of Paiwha Girls' High School. Although it underwent large-scale repair and renovation in 1977, it retains its original design features and is relatively well preserved in its original form. Its windows were made wide to brighten the interior, with reinforced-concrete lintels used for this purpose among other details that clearly display the architectural character of the time it was built. Together with the science hall, it was registered for its value for preservation and use as an educational facility of Korea's modern period.
